Biography
Donna Woodwell has worked as an astrological consultant and teacher for more than a decade. She specializes in how to best utilize planetary energies to improve her clients’ quality of life.
She’s the co-owner of GNO515 Media LLC with web developer Mark Kuenzel. GNO515 is an internet media company that produces and distributes e-content on a wide array of metaphysical subjects; its web ventures include GNO515 Media and the astrology blog aggregator Astroluxx.
An active member of the astrological community, Donna is the founding president of the Astrological Society of Austin. She also served as membership director for the National Council for Geocosmic Research (NCGR), the largest astrological association in the United States.
Donna has a wide range of metaphysical training and experience that she incorporates into her astrological practice. She has studied Earth-based spirituality with international speaker and author Eileen “ike” West, and Western metaphysics with Australian psychic and “white witch” Leonora Jackson. Donna is an Initiate of the Brotherhood of Light as well as an Usui Reiki Master.
Donna holds master’s degrees in Journalism and Latin American Studies from the University of Texas at Austin. She was a National Merit Scholar, a member of the Phi Kappa Phi Honor Society and of Mensa. She has worked as a journalist, translator, professional fundraiser and non-profit organizer.
Donna lives with her daughter in Austin, Texas.
